- Most recurring clients start with one deep clean so the schedule only has to maintain it.
How does recurring cleaning work?
You choose weekly, every other week or monthly, and a day that fits. We put you on the schedule with priority over one-time bookings, send the same crew each visit so nobody has to relearn your home, and work from a checklist tailored to it: the standard checklist as a base, plus the things you care about and minus the things you do not. The recurring rate applies to every visit.
There is no contract. Skip a visit when you are traveling, add a deep clean before the holidays, change the day, or stop. A client in Lakewood has been on monthly cleans for over a year and wrote that we never miss a spot and are always on time; that consistency is the point of recurring.
Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly: which one?
Weekly suits households with young children, several pets, or anyone who wants the house to never get away from them. Every other week is the most common choice: the home stays consistently clean and the kitchen and bathrooms never build up. Monthly works for smaller homes, couples and tidy households that want a reset rather than upkeep, and often pairs with a deep clean twice a year.

Is recurring cleaning cheaper than one-time cleaning?
Recurring visits are quoted at the recurring rate, which is lower per visit than a one-time clean because the home stays maintained and the crew knows it. We quote it for your home for free.
