Furball Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Denver Metro and West Denver, Colorado. Services include, but are not limited to:
All services are subject to availability and our current service area. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the space, square footage, and scope of work. We will communicate any price changes before beginning service.
We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Changes will not affect already-confirmed bookings.
Bookings are confirmed only after direct communication with Marina Harris via phone, text, or email. Submitting a contact form does not guarantee a booking. We will contact you to confirm your appointment.
We ask that you notify us of cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency, weather). We will notify you as soon as possible and offer the next available time.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property for the scheduled cleaning. If we are unable to access your property at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to pre-existing conditions or areas not included in the agreed-upon scope of work.
Furball Cleaning is fully insured. In the event of damage caused by our team during a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will work to resolve the issue in good faith.
