Quotes, scheduling and cancellations
Quotes are based on the information you provide (size, condition, frequency, extras) and are confirmed before the clean begins; if a home is materially different from what was described, we tell you before continuing. There are no contracts for recurring service. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule when possible.
Satisfaction guarantee
If anything's off, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it at no charge.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with any third parties.
Consent is Not a Condition of Service. Agreeing to receive text messages is entirely optional and is not required to purchase any service from Furball Cleaning.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, with venue in Denver County courts.
