- If you can, clear counters and floors of clothes, dishes and toys so we spend the time cleaning, not tidying.
- Tell us about pets, allergies, alarm codes and anything you want left alone.
- You do not need to be home. Most clients leave a key, a code or a lockbox.
What is included in a standard clean?
The standard clean is the maintenance clean: every room gets dusted, vacuumed and mopped, every bathroom is cleaned and sanitized, and the kitchen gets its counters, appliance exteriors, sink and fixtures wiped down. Trash goes out, mirrors and glass get streak-free. It is the clean that keeps a home that is already in decent shape looking and smelling that way.
It is not a deep clean. Inside the oven, inside the fridge, grout, baseboards, blinds and the backs of appliances are on the deep-clean checklist, and we will tell you honestly if your place needs that first. Most homes that have not been professionally cleaned in a while start with one deep clean, then switch to standard cleans on a schedule.
How long does a standard clean take?
It depends on square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms, pets, and how the home is kept between visits. A one-bedroom apartment and a four-bedroom house are different afternoons. When you request a quote we ask those questions and give you a time estimate along with the price, and the estimate holds unless the place turns out very different from what we discussed.
How much does a standard clean cost in Denver?
We quote every home individually and the quote is free. The price depends on size, condition, frequency and any extras (inside the oven or fridge, windows, laundry). Recurring clients get the recurring rate on every visit. There are no contracts and nothing to cancel; you can book one clean and decide afterward.
Which products do you use?
Eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe around children, pets and people with sensitivities. If you have a preference, a product you love or one you want kept out of your home, say so and we will work with it. Clients with dogs tell us that is the reason they chose us.

Do I need to supply anything?
No. We bring all products, cloths, vacuums and mops. If you prefer we use a specific product you own, leave it out and tell us. Our default products are eco-friendly and safe for kids and pets.
Do I have to be home during the clean?
No. Many clients give us a key, a door code or a lockbox and come home to a clean house. Access details are handled carefully and never shared. If you would rather be home the first time, that is welcome too.
What if I am not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it at no charge. That is the guarantee on every clean, standard or deep.
