When you contact Furball Cleaning through our website, by phone or by text, we collect the information you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, the address of the home or business to be cleaned, its size, and a description of the cleaning you need. Access details you share for a clean (keys, codes, alarm instructions) are used only to perform that clean and are never shared.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule and perform your cleaning, follow up afterward, and manage recurring appointments. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, our customer messaging and scheduling tools), only as needed to serve you, or when required by law.
SMS / Text Messaging Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Program: Furball Cleaning Customer Texts. By opting in through the form on our contact page, you agree to receive the following message types:
- Replies to your quote request and answers to your questions
- Appointment confirmations, reminders and arrival updates for your clean
- A follow-up after the clean to make sure everything is right
Message frequency: Up to 5 messages per request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help or call (720) 985-4648.
Service providers: messages are delivered using GoHighLevel, Twilio, Anthropic Claude AI.
Consent records: records of SMS consent (including the date, time, and form submission) are retained for a minimum of 4 years.
