What is included in a commercial clean?
Desks, surfaces and common areas dusted and wiped, restrooms cleaned and sanitized with paper and soap restocked if you like, the kitchen or break room cleaned including the microwave and fridge exterior, trash and recycling emptied and relined, floors vacuumed and mopped, glass doors and mirrors streak-free. Carpet care, inside-fridge cleans and window washing can be added to the schedule.

When do you clean, and are you insured?
Before or after your hours, including nights and weekends, at no extra charge; a storefront open until 7 pm gets cleaned after 7. Furball Cleaning is fully insured, and the crew is background-checked, which matters when they have keys to your business.
How is commercial cleaning priced?
By the space and the frequency. We do a free walk-through, agree on a checklist, and quote a flat rate per visit for weekly or monthly service. No long-term contract is required; most businesses stay because the place stays clean.

Can you clean after we close?
Yes. Nights, early mornings and weekends are normal for us and cost no more. We work around your hours so customers and staff never see a mop bucket.
Do you bring your own supplies and restock ours?
We bring all cleaning products and equipment. Restocking your paper towels, toilet paper and soap can be added to the checklist; you supply the stock or we add it to the invoice.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Weekly and monthly schedules are quoted as a flat rate per visit and you can change or stop them with notice.
